El edificio se ubica en un barrio residencial de Buenos Aires, de viviendas bajas y gran asoleamiento, específicamente en un boulevard arbolado. Bajo este contexto, ha prevalecido la idea inicial de integrar el espacio urbano al edificio. El acceso al mismo, se genera a través de un atrio, equipado con mobiliario fijo, creando diferentes usos: transitorios, de relax y de encuentro. El edificio “abraza” a esta plaza seca y responde a través de una fachada de formas orgánicas y vegetación. Estas visuales, son, a su vez, aprovechadas por los locales gastronómicos que se encuentran en la planta baja y se expanden hacia el patio central. El dialogo entre espacios interiores y exteriores se completa hacia el fondo del terreno, en donde se proyectaron los espacios comunes del edificio como SUM, piscina y parrillas. El edificio se compone de unidades residenciales premium de 1, 2, 3 y 4 ambientes. Las unidades superiores cuentan con expansiones con parrilla en la terraza, mientras que en planta baja las unidades tienen salida a un jardín hacia el contra frente con parrillas privadas. Las formas logradas a través de las bandejas blancas, dinamizan la fachada y dan identidad a este edificio de viviendas que no pierde de vista el sentido sostenible manteniendo aires contemporáneos y elegancia.
The building is in a on a tree-lined boulevard of a residential neighborhood of Buenos Aires, with low houses and great sunlight. In this context, we considered important the initial idea of integrating the urban space into the building. The main entrance is generated through an atrium, equipped with fixed furniture, which creates different situations of use: casual work, relaxing and meeting point. The building “embraces” this yard and responds through a façade of organic forms and vegetation. These visuals are, at the same time, used by the food stores on the ground floor and expand towards the open area. The dialogue between interior and exterior spaces is completed towards the back of the land, where we can find the common spaces of the building such as pool and grills.
In the building there are studios, 2, 3 and 4 room premium residential units. The upper units have an outdoor area with a grill on the terrace, while the ground floor units have access to a backyard. The forms achieved through the white organic lines, dynamize the facade and give identity to this residential building that takes into account the sustainable concept keeping a balance between contemporary and elegance.
